  • Where can I find an ALTERNATIV shop?

  • Do you courier worldwide
    We do courier in South Africa. For international Orders: Our online store currently does not permit customers to pay online. However, we can generate a manual Tax invoice. Send us an email: sales@khanyilesolutions.com with codes and size of items you are looking for. In the email please include your physical address and contact number We will check courier fee and advise Once all approved and confirmed by you, we will then generate Tax invoice and email, after payment we will process the order on our system and prepare for dispatch Delivery takes 10 to 15 days for international orders
  • How long does delivery take
    Delivery takes 5 to 10 working days, we outsource all our delivery services. Sometimes there might be some delays which are out of our control but we will do our best to help you should our order be delayed
  • What is your exchange/refund policy?
    Please make sure the item is still in a sale-able condition.You have 7 days to exchange items. A credit note will be emailed to you - credited to your name. Please note we do not do cash refunds. We offer the option of collecting the order at a discounted courier fee of R60 and we will send it back at no cost to you or you can send back the order for exchange to: 10 Prop Street, Unit 2 Selby 515, Selby, Johannesburg Contact number 083 375 336.
